What happens during a consultation?

Each consultation at Jay's clinic lasts approximately 1 hour and costs £40. Wearing comfortable, non-restrictive clothing is recommended. You will not have to remove any clothing, only your shoes!

At the first meeting a full case history will be taken and time taken to explain how muscle testing works and what to expect during the session. You will then be asked to lie on a couch, if you are able, while Jay applies light manual pressure to your arm. This will enable the body's energies to be stabilised and then to establish the correct procedure to be followed to promote healing.

How often will I need treatment?

Because Spectrum Healing addresses causes rather than symptoms it is not a therapy that requires regular treatment as some others do. Instead time is needed after each treatment to allow the body to heal before any further treatment can be given.

The time between treatments will vary according to the corrections that have been made and can be anything from one to eight weeks. Sometimes only one healing session is required to heal problems such as food intolerances, allergies etc. and no repeat visit is necessary.

Clients have found it very useful to have a regular annual MOT to clear potential problems before they lead to physical difficulty.

Jay will then get in touch with you to arrange the appointment. Please note that 24 hours notice is required for cancellation of an appointment otherwise the full fee is payable.
