Healing for use with family and friends

 

Spectrum Healing training is a series of five four-day courses, which will teach you to heal the body, its aura and different chakra systems. They will teach you how to identify and heal the damage that has been caused physically, emotionally, mentally or spiritually by past experiences.

Workshops

 

These 1-day courses are scheduled according to demand and introduce participants to the idea that we can heal ourselves and the ways in which we can do it. Sample topics are:

 

• Learning to identify and acknowledge the patterns that contribute to ill health. Creating the security to change these patterns.
• Learning how to be happy.
• What is Healing? How can we heal? Learning to intuitively sense and heal the aura with the hands.
• Contacting your Higher Self. Using Meditation, Visualisations and Dreams for greater understanding and healing.
• Developing your intuition. Accessing guidance and learning different methods of dowsing. Developing competence of muscle testing.
• Identifying appropriate goals to improve your life and learning how to bring them into reality.

Ascension

 

The Ascension Course is a series of 2 and 3-day workshops designed to help those who are on a spiritual path, expand their consciousness and raise their vibrational level. The separate workshops are completed at 2 to 7 month intervals taking from ten months to two and a half years according to your individual rate of progress. It uses the techniques taught in Spectrum Healing 1 as well as meditation, visualisation, intuition and ritual to help you release deep patterns easily and permanently.

 

You will need to understand the energy systems of the body and be able to muscle test and find the individual healing that you need at certain times in the programme. Spectrum Healing, Stage 1, is therefore a prerequisite for the Joyful Ascension Course.

After this preliminary course small groups who wish to progress with Ascension courses form and I arrange the JA courses according to the needs of each group.

Spectrum Group

 

Anyone who has completed any of the Spectrum Healing courses and wishes to join up with others who are keen to meet and broaden their knowledge and understanding of healing and related issues can join the Spectrum Group. The group meets six times a year.
